BidVertiser ads for RSS feed
By acca | January 3, 2008
If you are Bidvertiser publisher, you probably saw ” Public Beta - BidVertiser ads for your RSS/ATOM feeds.” on your account. Now, although it’s beta phase, you can put Bidvertiser ads in your RSS feed, either your site have Bidvertiser ads or it’s new site for your Bidvertiser publisher’s account. After typing you feed URL, you will have to verify your feed ownership by adding a unique code to your next post. Bidvertiser will give you that code, and after adding the code they will provide you with an alternate RSS feed address that will include the ads. Bidvertiser will also provide you with a “Subscribe” widget for quick subscription with detailed instruction of how to add it to each of the popular blog platforms (Wordpress, Blogger, Movable Type, Typepad). It’s very interesting move, I look forward to see how will it goes, but I see one problem there at this time. You will have to give your readers new RSS feed, so your present subscribers will not see the ads. And many bloggers are already attached to FeedBurner, so it’s hard decision to move to new feed platform.
If you are not Bidvertiser publisher yet, you can start make money from your Website, Blog or RSS feed with BidVertiser.
