No nofollow - respect commenters
By acca | December 22, 2007
As you all probably know, Google recently made big changes with PR, backlinks, outgoing links, etc. Many webmasters now includes rel nofollow for every outgoing link on their pages. That goes for blogs, too. But what about commenters? If some people make comments on my blog, I feal some kind of obligation to make them chance to have link back with comment. I didn’t changed anything about that. There is no rel nofollow for links that commenters leave on my blog. So, I made a few rel nofollow related images you can put on your blog if you feel the same. And if you feel you have to say “I respect you” to all your blog commenters and contributors.

You are free to use this badges, buttons, banners, or whatever you call them, on your blogs. Share the story about them, too.

I would hate to lose Google or any of the Search Engines they amount to about 12 - 25% of my daily traffic. However I refuse to be kowtowed into adding No Follow links. I feel that every link in my blog is useful to my readers as an resource and the search engines can kiss my @$$.
I also feel if I link to a brand new blog they deserve to be found by the search engines. I understand the reasoning of trying to prevent black hat SEO but I also feel that Google takes it too far. Oh well I am merely a humble ignorant fool of cyberspace.
