Obeus minimum CPC for publishers

Obeus.com, PPC advertising affiliate program, introduced new feature for website publishers who are in Obeus PPC program. Now they can manually set the minimal CPC (cost per click) for ads on their websites. Although, Obeus publishers are free to choose if they want turn on this option or not.
