You have some percent if your site visitor goes on affiliate website through your link and buy an T-shirt. Affiliate program will take care about mailing and other stuff.
There are two ways for best result in this business. First, if you have an website about T-shirts. It’s natural you will have nice CTR for T-shirts affiliate. And another is if you have any niche site. For instance, you have an website about music. Put links directly to music related T-shirts. Or, you have computers related blog. The best CTR you will have, of course, with Windows, Linux, Microsoft jokes T-shirts. On most sites of this kind, you have big variety of different links, almost for every niche you can imagine.

Zazzle website exists since 2000. You can earn 7% of T-shirt price. But that’s not all. If you make your own design, you can earn 10 percent plus. If some other webmaster sell T-shirt with your design, you will get 10% and he will earn 7%.

Jiggy

Jiggy.com have great variety of niches, too. You can pick some of different banners, text links, or grab their code and make your own e-shop on your website. Provision is 10%. Jiggy is member of Commission Junction affiliate network.

Tees with a twist

TeesWithAtwist.com. Another T-shirts affiliate program. They offer you 15% of profit. And this site is Share A Sale affiliate network.
